Food Safety at the Cellar Door – Minimise Risk & Maximise Your Profit

Offering food at the cellar door has the potential to attract more visitors, increase engagement with your business, sell more wine and increase your profits.

Whether you are not sure if you should sell simple snacks for people to buy, offer cheese & charcuterie platters, contract out your catering or even host pop-up events, this workshop will leave you ready to take the next steps safely and within the law.

Already offering food and thinking of taking it to the next level? We can help with that, too!

Wine Cellar Door is working with Louise Roberts of Alimenti  Food Sciences Limited to deliver a hands-on workshop specially tailored to wine producers and their tasting room or cellar door.

Date: Thursday 13th September 2018 <- PLEASE NOTE REVISED DATE!!
Venue: Kenton Park Estate & Vineyard, near Exeter. Future events possible in East Anglia and the South East.

Description

Food safety expert Louise Roberts works with food and drink producers who want to grow by designing food safety toolkits that work for them.

As an alternative to a generic lecture or wading through paperwork on your own, Wine Cellar Door has worked with Louise to create a specialised workshop that focusses on the specific scenarios and issues faced by wine producers offering food.

With a questionnaire prior to the event and a workbook to take away, you will be well equipped to know what your next step should be and how to take it.
